If you're hosting a party anytime soon, the Clubhouse at Windyke would love to step in and give you a hand. Whether you're throwing a simple birthday party for a few close friends or a large wedding reception for your daughter, we can serve you with ease. Member or a non-member, accomodating your requests with as much efficiency as possible is our goal.
Hosting a special event in the comfort and familiarity of your country club is the perfect party experience. We also welcome non-members looking for a quality environment that offers excellent service. The Dining Room at Windyke is perfectly suited to hosting any special event. This exceptional setting can accommodate up to 120 people for a seated dinner and 150 people for a standing party. The formal dining area is used for special events at the club as well as larger private parties. There is no cost for use of the room up to four hours with the purchase of food with prices beginning at $8.95. Refer to Catered Events for more information about scheduling your party with us.
The Tent and Patio directly off the east side of the Clubhouse provides exceptional outdoor entertainment for special events. Not only will guests enjoy the same cuisine that Windyke offers, but they also will be able to enjoy the beauty of the East course and the fresh air outside. The Tent and Patio also allows for parties of up to 600 people - perfect for weddings. And don't worry about being too cold in the winter. Our Tent is climate-controlled year round. Fifty ft. x 50 ft., the Tent can be rented for $500 without the liner and $750 with the liner. Rent the Tent and Patio as an extension of your party in the Dining Room or simply a party of its own.
The Clubhouse at Windyke is available in many capacities when it comes to catering parties. We can serve members and non-members alike in our Bar and Grill, Dining Room and Tent and Patio. Important Information
- No food or beverages may be brought on premises.
- All items are priced as buffets. Add $2 per person for sit down dinners.
- Sales tax and 15% party charge will be added to all prices.
- To book a date for a function, a $300 deposit is required. It will be applied to your balance which is due at the end of the function. It is non-refundable should you cancel.
- There is a $600 minimum that must be spent on food for small parties during the evening.
- A guaranteed number of people is due one week in advance. You will be charged for the guaranteed number or actual number in attendance if more. Your cost will be $600 minimum or the guaranteed number in attendance, whichever is greater.
- Use of Clubhouse is for a 4 hour period; $100 per hour after 4 hours or after midnight with a minimum of 1 hour which must be scheduled in advance.
- All non-members must be sponsored by a member.
