Member for a Day

We've extended the Member for a Day program through September!

We want to make it as easy and affordable as possible for you to bring your guests who are interested in membership to play at your Club this summer. Therefore, we are offering a special “Member for a Day” card to each member account throughout the months of August and September. These cards will request certain information from your guest and permission to add them to our email list. In turn, we will give them Executive Member privileges at the Club. Your guest can choose one day any day of the week and function as an Executive Member of Windyke on that day, paying the modified guest fees of $27.46 + tax.  Or, your guest can take advantage of our current Saturday Guest Special. They can play for $27.46 + tax on Saturdays after 2:00 p.m. with or without your Member for a Day card. Carts are available for $14.64 + tax in the Pro Shop. The Saturday Guest Special rate also applies to Windyke Weekday and Executive members.

Simply give your card that you received in the mail to your guest and hopefully offer to play with them on the day of your choice!

The guidelines for the “Member for a Day” program are listed below. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to call the Membership Office at 901.754.1888.

The current program is good through September 30, 2009. Without these cards, all guests are required to pay the normal guest rate.

• Executive Member privileges for one day any day of the week through expiration dates listed above
• May play the East and West Courses by paying Weekday Executive Member Guest rate any day of the week
• Executive and Weekday members may use the card for themselves on Weekends
• Must be sponsored by a member, affiliate or Membership Office
• Must call in advance for tee times and mention this card (901-754-7273)
• Limit: one pass per membership per promotional period
• Must adhere to all Rules and Regulations of Windyke Country Club
