SPRING AND SUMMER!!!

MEMBERSHIP FEE SPECIAL
Regardless of which category of membership you choose (Full, Intermediate, Weekday, Junior, Executive or Tennis), you have a choice of paying the full membership fee with no commitment OR half of the membership fee with a one-year commitment. If you stay in the club for one year, the balance of your membership fee is waived. If you fail to fulfill your one-year commitment, you will be liable for the remainder of your contract or the membership  fee balance, whichever is less.

FREE ONE MONTH'S DUES
Upon receipt of the full membership fee or half payment with one-year commitment mentioned above, the new member and their sponsor will receive a credit equivalent to one month’s dues!  The amount of credit received is equal to one month of the new member’s dues (Ex: If a Tennis member sponsors a Full member, the Tennis member still receives a $320 credit).

Membership Details

Full Family Membership

Privileges:

• Unlimited access to our two 18-hole Championship Golf Courses.
• Unlimited access to our 18-hole Executive Par-3 Course, Short-Game Practice Facility and Driving Range and two Putting Greens.
• Seasonal use of our Olympic Swimming Pool, Baby Pool, Snack Bar and Deck area
• Access to five outdoor and three indoor Tennis Courts.
• Entry to our dining areas: Snack Bar, the Bar and Grill and Special Events in the Dining Room
• This membership includes an open invitation to participate in all structured tournaments, clinics or other instructional golf, tennis and swimming.

Requirements:

• Each applicant must provide one sponsor who is a Windyke member in good standing or a letter from a Club of which the applicant was previously a member, stating said member left in good standing.

• Submittal of completed membership application.

• Approval of application by the Board of Directors and payment of the initiation fee of $1300 + applicable taxes ($650 + tax with one-year commitment) will activate the membership. Cards and membership information will be issued at that time.

• Dues will be billed monthly in the amount of $320 + tax.

• Annual Handicap Fee of $32 + Tax

• All initiation fees must be paid by cash or check only. No credit cards accepted in the office.

Intermediate Family Membership (35-39)

Includes Full Membership privileges during the week and weekend with the following conditions:

To meet the requirements for an Intermediate Membership, you must be from the ages of 35-39 (proof of age is required). The initiation fee is $1000 + tax ($500 + tax with one-year commitment); the monthly dues are $235 + tax. All initiation fees must be paid by cash or check only. No credit cards accepted in the office.

All other membership requirements are the same. On the Intermediate member's 40th birthday, he has the option of remaining as a regular member by paying the difference between the Intermediate initiation fee and the Regular initiation fee at that time.

Weekday Family Membership

Privileges:

Includes Full Membership privileges during the week and weekend with the following conditions:

Requirements:

• Initiation fee of $1000 +  Tax (500 + tax with one-year commitment)

• Monthly dues amount: $230+ Tax

• Annual Handicap Fee of $32 + Tax

• All initiation fees must be paid by cash or check only. No credit cards accepted in the office.

Junior Family Membership (34 and Under)

Executive Family Membership

Privileges:

• This membership includes the privileges and benefits of a Full Windyke membership with the following modifications:

Requirements:

•   Each applicant must provide one sponsor who is a Windyke member in good standing or a letter from a Club of which the applicant was previously a member, stating said member left in good standing.

• Submittal of completed membership application.

• Approval of application by the Board of Directors and payment of the initiation fee of $650+ applicable taxes ($325 + tax with one-year commitment) will activate the membership. Cards and membership information will be issued at that time.

• Dues will be billed monthly in the amount of $140 + tax.

• All initiation fees must be paid by cash or check only. No credit cards accepted in the office.  

Executive 100 Membership

In this scenario, "100 " means Windyke age + natural age. For example, if Mr. Jones is 75 years old and has been a member for 25 years, he then is considered 100 years old as far as the Executive 100 Club is concerned. So, what does that mean?

It means that if Mr. Jones chooses, he can transfer his Windyke Country Club membership to Executive 100 status with full Executive privileges.

• Full, unlimited use of the Par 3 course

• Full, unlimited use of the pool, tennis, practice greens, chipping greens and driving range (fees for balls not included).

• Access to the East or West courses at Executive Member guest rates:

• Monday through Sunday at $27.46.

• The dues amount for the Executive 100 membership is $50 + tax.

Obviously, this membership will be available and attractive to only a few people. However, these are very important members of our Windyke family, and we hope to keep them around for many years to come.

Tennis Family Membership

Privileges:

• This membership includes access to our five outdoor courts and three indoor tennis courts.
• This membership includes the open invitation to participate in all structured tournaments, clinics or other instructional programs for tennis.
• Golf and pool privileges are not included in this membership.

Requirements:

• Each applicant must provide one sponsor who is a Windyke member in good standing or a letter from a Club of which the applicant was previously a member, stating said member left in good standing.
• Approval of application by the Board of Directors and payment of the initiation fee of $500 + applicable taxes ($250 + tax with a one-year commitment) will activate the membership. Cards and membership information will be issued at that time.
• Dues will be billed monthly in the amount of $90 + tax.
• All initiation fees  must be paid by cash or check only. No credit cards accepted in the office.

Non-Resident Family Membership

The Non-Resident membership includes the privileges and benefits of a Full Golf membership with the following modifications:

• In order to use the two 18-hole Championship Golf Courses, the Non-Resident member must pay a modified guest fee of $27.46 + tax on weekdays and $45.77 + tax on weekends.
• Non-Resident members are allowed on weekends
• Non-Resident members must live at least 100 miles outside of the Shelby County line.
• All mailings will be sent to the member's out-of-town address. Income taxes must be filed in the state-of-billing residence.

Requirements:

• Initiation Fee of $150 + tax
• Monthly dues of $50 + tax
• All initiation fees  must be paid by cash or check only. No credit cards accepted in the office.
